We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with fluency in Norwegian. In this role you will work for one of our major clients, internationally acclaimed sports TV channel Eurosport.

As a Norwegian Customer Support Agent, your main responsibilities will consist of: - Receiving and handling Norwegian customer requests by email and chat (no phone calls)- Collecting and maintaining of customer data- Clarifying of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technicalrequirements- Working on requests and comments via Social Media channels

This position is 38.5h/week from Monday to Sunday

2 weekend per months

Shift: 9h to 17h

- Complete Norwegian fluency on a native speaker level- Plus if speaking another Nordic language (Swedish or Danish)- Availability to start training on the 22th of July- Experience in customer service, communications or similar roles- Good knowledge of current social media channels (Facebook, Twitter etc.)- Passion for community management and digital affinity- Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
