In this position you will manage the customer service area of ​​assigned clients showing interest to satisfactorily solve their needs.

Your main tasks will be:

- Customer service (via telephone / e-mail). Successfully solve the business needs of the assigned clients, providing support / training and personalized commercial attention in order to obtain a positive customer feedback and management agility.- Management and tracking of orders.- Product search at the customer's request in the store network.- Verify order status from the entry into the system until the delivery in the store.- Management and monitoring of the delivery of advertising material of assigned clients.- Management and resolution of daily business incidents / consultations.- Control and weekly service claim.- Translation of texts.- Resolution of incidents (product / quality / returns).- Manage expeditions of assigned clients with the logistics area (after verification of customer credit).- Managed with the Credit Department the payment portfolio of the assigned clients- Administrative management and support to assigned area representatives.- Participation in Sales Conventions as Commercial Manager.- Support Customer Service team and Customer Service Manager.- Backoffice functions.- Report directly to Customer Service Manager (notify pending management, suggestions and incidents of both quality and management).

We are looking for someone with a great capacity for learning, orientation to results and to the client. Communication skills to work as a team as well as autonomy to perform tasks. Essential domain office package, commercial skills high degree of involvement with the client.

- Training of Middle or Higher Degree.- Languages: French, Spanish and English advanced level (another additional language can be assessed).- Minimum experience of 2 years in the area of Customer Service.- Maximum customer orientation, decisive and agile person with attitude of continuous improvement.- Analysis and communication capacity.- Pro- active and positive attitude.- Teamwork.- Agility of management and resolution of incidents.- Guarantee the quality of customer service to the customer and commercial management.
